Mark Lynch at Computer Revolution took a look at the laptop right away and helped us fix the problem in about 10 minutes. He walked us through what he did in easy to understand language. Great service -- convenient and fast!

Fixing my Laptop The icons on my laptop changed and I was unable to open any program. I came to Computer Revolution and explained to Mark the problem. He immediately understood the problem and fixed it right away on the spot with no charge. I have never received this kind of excellent customer care and service from big name stores such as BestBuy and Staples. Mark was very friendly and helpful.
