New Laptop and Data Transfer I had multiple computer issues and trouble syncing iTunes on my new iPod. Mike Weller was able to troubleshoot and fix all of my repairs. I am so happy to have such great customer service too. Mike took time to explain and show me the problem areas. I decided to purchase my first laptop and Mike arranged to have all my data transferred from my computer to my new laptop. Mike showed me how to access my important documents and iTunes account. Upgrade of computer because old one is malflunctioning I usually use a computer until it malfunctions and then decide upon repair or upgrade. It has consistently been the upgrade route. CR does a good job of keeping me with workable computers at a reasonable price.
HDMI CABLE I came into the store to by a splitter cable for my Lenovo monitor. Mike was very helpful and patient with me because I was not able to describe what I wanted. I came in with my cable and he showed me a better product. I will be back.
Quick stop come in to check on repair which is fast and reasonably priced. The employee helping was helpful and informative. A very cool store with quick repair turnaround, cheap refurbished computers and computer parts.
