WARNING DO NOT USE! My air handler would not stop running. Otherwise my system was keeping us nice and cool even on the nearly 100 degrees we recently had. I called McCarthy services to come out and change the relay and check the freon level. The technician told me the motherboard (what's digital on my system?) was bad. He told me my system was not worth repairing. That it would be illegal for them to recharge my system without me agreeing to pay $500 to find the leak, and $300 a pound for freon. Was so happy someone came out within an hour of calling. Our tech was friendly, took time to go over all our options with us and fixed our clogged sink issue.
Our experience with ARS Rescue Rooter was wonderful. Mike took all precautions necessary due to the Covid 19 situation, ie., mask, gloves and shoe covers. Our situation was quite complicated involving the knowledge, expertise and use of cameras etc. to locate the problem. Mike and Chad were very proficient making the diagnosis.
