Great service all-around. Josh, our “comfort advisor,” was very thorough with his measurements and gave us two specific choices for our new air conditioner. Our lead installer - Tyler - was very friendly and explained every step of the process to me. His assistant, Jake, was also friendly, and worked hard all afternoon. The new air conditioner is up and running, and our house has never felt better. I highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air for your HVAC needs.

He explained to me patiently and thoroughly what the problems are, and provided solutions what needs to be done with current system we have been running for 17years. Because of COVID they were not able to come do my air conditioner service before the contract expired. However, they called me earlier this week and said they would come out because they owed me. The tech was very nice, wore a mask, and practiced social distancing. I appreciate their efforts to not only honor my contract after it expired because of the situation, but to even call me for it! Thank you!
