Get directionsI scheduled an appointment last week for a A/C Service for today, July 1, 2020. I was told the technician will be at my place between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. I got up early to prepare prior to 8 a.m. I got a call at 10:30 a.m., from a "Will" Fix it representative canceling my appointment and requesting to reschedule the following week. Totally disappointed and a waste of time.
Decided to give ARS a try for maintenance on my AC. Nick was a great technician, very informative, and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Incompetent and dishonest. First technician said furnace not installed correctly and a/c dead bc flue not blowing. Two techs came almost two weeks ago and were unable to repair it. We made a new appointment for today between 12 and 4. At 1 I called and office said they’d be coming. I called again at 4 and office said will not come at all!! Stay away from this rotten company.
We called because our AC quit working and our new Nest Thermostat told us what the problem was. Ray came out the same afternoon, unplugged a drained line and had us up and running in 20 minutes. We have used ARS for years. They are always Respond quickly and their techs are always polite and respectful
They are in desperate need of help in their scheduling department. They give you a 4 hour window, but they do not always follow through with this commitment. When they are unable to arrive in the scheduled time period, there should at least be a phone call to the customer advising them of this delay. On two separate occasions recently, I was told they would be there between 8 a.m. and noon. However, they did not arrive at my house until between 3 and 4 p.m.. We had an issue with our AC and had another company diagnose the problem. We ended up contacted Aksarben heating and Air as they are the company that installed the unit in 2013. We were concerned that the unit was only 7 years old and malfunctioning and were told the parts warranty was valid. We told them what the other company diagnosed and they said they would have to send a tech out to figure out the issue themselves which we agreed to. They said there would be an 89 dollar service fee. They ended up charging us 300 dolla... read more

I ALWAYS have a great experience with the technicians at Brothers. Bottra was no exception. He came in, analyzed our problem, and had it fixed in 10 minutes, at minimal cost. Whenever we have a plumbing or HVAC problem, Brothers is the only company we've called for over 15 years. **** **
