Dylan came to my home for a routine check up. He was very nice, very knowledgeable. I'd request him specifically every time, he's one of the nicest that's ever come out and took the time to explain different things to me.
Our air conditioning was knocked out by a storm. I called Brothers and even though they gave me an 8 hour window for a tech to arrive, he did come in the middle of that window. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. The air was back on and cooling ASAP. We have used Brothers for our heating/Cooling for the last 6 years and always get fantastic results We highly recommend them.
Below is my experience so far with ARS through Home Depot for the last (over) two months as of today July 11, 2020: May 9th Rick (who is actually personable, knowledgeable, and professional) came to do the estimate. We were to get another condenser and two new units while moving one of the existing units we already had to another bedroom. May 11th installer came and said condenser was back ordered. ARS failed their inspection again. This was after the public shaming above got them to come out and do all of 120 seconds worth of work. They didn't bother to get a permit for the electrical work they did and thus failed the inspection. No only that, but the inspector found 2 expired electrical permits from work your company did in 2016 (so much for ********** and your salesman promising that new owners and management had made the company better LOL). The technician that came out to do the annual A/C service was courteous and professional. I feel he did a thorough job in a reasonable time frame.
He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, kept safe distance and wore his ppe equipment.
