I live at *************************************************** on the August 9 brothers install a new thermostat and charge me 396.00 dollars plus almost 19 dollars a month for extra warranty which is worthless and the only thing worker could tell me go walmart and buy linteim battery for my wire less thermostat or pay brothers s extra 11 hundred dollars to install a wire to the thermostat and they new it wouldn't work the unit

am so upset this morning, my 2 year old AC system that ARS had recommended went out last night, so I called to make an appointment and it was made for next morning, this morning I get a call saying they made a MISTAKE they didn't have any technicians until Tuesday, so what am I supposed to do at my house in this 102 heat? The lady said they don't have enough people, but my AC will be cover but the labor would not, are they putting me at the end of the list because they are not getting paid for the parts, is this about making... read more

I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. I had a technician from this company come out to replace a water heater for $4000 at my condo which I paid. He then went to my neighbor to look at some water damage from a leak that he had and told him to try to blame it on my water heater leak so that I could pay for it because I?m a healthcare professional and he said ?she can afford it?. The Technician told it would cost $1200 to repair the valve in my shower. He told me they would have to cut through the bedroom wall behind the shower stall to replace the valve to repair it. I told him I would have to think about it. I went to Lowes Hardware, bought all new parts for $35 and repaired it myself in under an hour and with very limited plumbing knowledge. You decide for yourself.

The ARS reviews are not really useful without giving the location of the ARS company branch the review is about. I am sure most of them are good companies. I would probably give those branches being described in this format a call, or at least check them out---but I have done business with the branch in Myrtle Beach that is best described as a crime in progress..

We have used Will-Fix to replace an AC unit,$12000.00. while the service guys did a great job the follow up service was very poor, we recently had a water softener go bad and called Will-Fix to come out. We paid a service membership of $218.00 and paid $89.00 to add a loop to bypass the old softener. We asked about a new unit and was told it would cost $4663.00,with the service plan $3085.00, the other option was $5995.00 after the service plan $4995.00 .
