Absolutely terrible experience. Took 3 days from the time I originally called to come out and service my ac uint. They had to order a part which was supposed to take 2 days to come in. Tbey never showed to install it.I called again on the 3rd day to verify the part had arrived and that they would be installing it asap. They said the would "call me back". Did they? NOPE! I called on the 6th day,"we dont see you scheduled". Absolutely ridiculous! Pathetic service. I should be refunded for that fake service fee they charge!

Charged $600 to fill freon and tighten cap but did not even check to see where leak was coming from. Freon was gone before morning and I had to call someone else out. Don’t recommend at all!

He figured out the problem right away. Faulty capacitor. He was able to replace it with a new one in stock from his work van. My air conditioner kicked right back up. They are available after hours and through the night. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely call on them again if I have any trouble. The heat index was around 99 f. The inside of my house was 95. Outstanding problem solving on their part.

Phillip came to our home today, on a Sunday, and took care of our air conditioning troubles with care and concern! It's been very hot, my dad lives with us, and we were very worried about how much the services were going to cost. Reasonable and quick! Highly recommend!

Brian, the Technician was excellent. Professional, informative and personable. I had to give a 4 rating because the Customer Service Department was only worth 1 Star (Misleading and no regard for customers time). The services were also priced 3 times higher than other local companies. Good work just be forewarned.

Showed up on time. Very responsible (wore) mask in house, booties before entering house, cleaned up after himself without being told. Their technician Taylor Ross is knowledgeable and I cant say enough about how professional he was.
