Very professional and came out on a Saturday to give a quote.
Set an appointment for ARS to come out and flush my tankless hot water heater and fix an error code that appeared on unit. The code indicated I needed a new mixing valve. When I set the appointment, I was assured they carried the part on their truck. Changed doctors appointments around to accommodate the ARS appointment. When technician arrived, he said he did not have the knowledge to work on unit. He also quoted me a price and said the part had to be ordered.
