Walter is the plumber who did the sink installation. The scope of the labor is explained before hand and the work is done satisfactorily. Walter is polite and courteous and did the job very well.

My AC stopped working in the the middle of an extreme heat on Sunday July 26, 2020. I called ARS for help. I was happy they were able to send a technician on Sunday. The technician found "bad condenser fan motor and capacitor" and quoted $1763.00 to replace both. He also recommended that I replace the entire system for $6985.00. I would not use again or recommend ARS to anyone. They were no shows on a Wednesday and Thursday. Could not get another appointment till Monday. Showed up with out calling in advance, as they said they would call first. Good thing I was home. Tech spent a couple minutes in the attic and then went out side to that unit. Right away he finds the capacitor is failing.He says a new capacitor is $300. After a few choice words he drops the price to $150. My AC is torn apart and the house is heating up fast. I had a supply line leak under toilet. Called the Ars Resque Rooters for pricing. Found out no upfront pricing given. Advertisement on website was promising $50 off of any plumbing job and I schedule an appointment for Monday morning. I thought if job is $200 then I would replace this little connection tube between the wall and toilet tank for $150 or close. That would be a reasonable price to pay. Wrong!!! My 2 years old unit (under warranty) began making a 'thumping' noise. I called ARS to come to my home and check it out. The Tech came and showed me a video of a mouse that had gotten into the fan housing and was wedged in the blower area. It was recommended that I needed a new blower motor and some UV light for mold- he quoted $2568. Mind you the Tech did NOT bother to remove the mouse to see if that alleviated the problem. I've been trying since May 22 to get a refund from a promised price match. I'd paid IN FULL to have a unit installed on 22May, the day before I'd gotten a quote that was $1500 cheaper. I called to cancel the install, then the sales manager Stephen called to say they would do a price match because they wanted to make sure the guys had work, so based on his word I agreed to continue the install. I needed to have my water heater replaced. I called Will Fix It in San Antonio and they were able to come by the house the next morning, assess the situation and give me very fair quotes on water heater replacement. Brian M****** was extremely courteous and after I agreed to go ahead with the replacement, he had a new water heater back at my house in 30 minutes and the unit was installed in an hour. I was very impressed with the workmanship and the service!
