Reggie is the best tech that you have ever sent for a PM service. He was polite, well mannered and knowledgeable. He broke down in layman's terms the condition of my unit and what was needed to get the most out of it. I will always ask for Reggie in the future.

Randy was very nice and professional. He came out on a Sunday to fix an emergency clog in my kitchen sink. He was a good employee.
Company comes off as a scam. We are getting the run around from them after we have agreed to financing an AC unit, no one will call us back. I have called literally everyday for a week and get the same response, that there is no manager there that can help me with where my AC unit is. We are now 1 month in without AC, and a large finance charge to show for it.
Great job by the service technician. He took care of the plumbing issues and observed safety protocols (PPE, mask, distancing).
They did a great job! I would definitely use them again.
