On Thursday Aug. 13th 2020, my A/C was not cooling the air in the house, I called Unique Services, since we got the A/C unit from Unique 3 years ago, Unique advertises 24/7 emergency service, but when I called at about 6:52 pm on Thursday, they did NOT have a technician available to come out until next day, Friday the 14th at 10am, when we bought the unit, it came with a warranty that covers parts and labor for any repairs, we have been paying Unique to service our unit every 6 months since then. Called around 8:30 in morning for a problem with my mother in-laws system. Tech arrived within 3 hours, identified, and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional. He was able to work with me on the phone while at my mother in-laws condo and texted me pictures to describe issue. Very happy with BlueDot.

Called A.J. Perri for maintenance on a 10 year old air conditioner. Told us it was time for a new unit so we Paid $15,000 for a Carrier Unit in June 2019. The unit had a number of issues after the install and after several visits and intermittent outages of our system in mid summer. They had Carrier out to take a look. They said install problems and after the fix then problem appeared resolved. We returned from Florida in mid June 2020. Shortly after returning in the midst of a heat wave had more issues. I am impressed with the professionalism shown by your people. I am a real estate broker, and know the importance of this and know it is so lacking in our society these days. They showed me photos of my issues, explained what was happening, and showed me a way to resolve all my issues from what unit I needed to financing !!. I whole heartily agree that MCCarthy is a company you want to avoid. Due to the hot summer days of 2020 i called for a service call for a check up. Unit had been work fine but I just want to make sure everything OK. McCarthy came on 7/31/2020, did an inspection and reported everything was fine except for I need to change the filter which I did immediately.
