I have a been a loyal customer with Allgood plumbing for a couple of years and I am very disappointed with the service and customer service I received on September 5 and September 8. First I had a 4hour window for a technician to arrive. I received a call from Allgood at approximately 10 something stating that a technician would arrive between 10-2 today. Andrew *********** is a very knowledgeable employee. Within 5 minutes he fixed a toilet issue. He was also informative about future issues with the plumbing at my home. Andrew is an invaluable employee to ARS and did a super job when he was here yesterday!
ALLGOOD purchased a new Rheem water heater from ********** on Saturday and installed it in our house. Somehow this new water heater is defective (it needs a part). It's not working at all. ALLGOOD told my husband if they return the defective water heater, they would have to charge to buy and install another water heater. Therefore, we would have to pay for two water heaters and installation. So the installer with ALLGOOD called Rheem concerning the part.
