Aspen installed a new Lennox Elite AC in my home in April 2019. It took multiple phone calls and. multiple tech visits for them to set up the the system properly. I was surprised, especially because the were recommended by my local Costco. About a month ago the fan in the air handler second stage stopped working. An Aspen technician examined it on 9/1/2020 and determined there was a faulty par that needed to be replaced. He charged me 99 dollars and said said Aspen will replace the defective part for a total charge of 401 do... read more

My air conditioner stop working and Friday night. I called Saturday morning and they told me they would be there Sunday at 10 AM and that a $49 diagnostics would apply. They arrived on time and within 15 minutes the problem was solved. The GFI switch had tripped. The tech was covid ready and very profession. Best of all, the $49 fee was waved. I'm happy I have a service contract with Brothers. Thanks *************

Our hot water heater suddenly broke! Joshua Laws (plumber) with ARS Rescue Rooter came and completely replaced it. Him and his assistant, Anthony, were prompt, courteous and professional. Safety measures in place, too! High recommend him!

Gerardo is the service tech doing a furnace tune-up for the coming winter. He arrived wearing a face covering and applied boot coverings before entering the house. I very much appreciate that. He checked the thermostat and made some adjustments and explained these. While answering all my questions regarding owner responsibilities for maintenance and operation of the furnace and AC systems, he checked the filter, removed and cleaned the flame sensor, checked the wiring inside the furnace, cleaned around the burners, checked t... read more

This is the worst company I have every seen did damage to my home 3mos ago cant get them to call me . now that I called and complain and want the unit removed from my home just like the customer guarantees said none of the managers can pick up a phone and call . they have another company call me to schedule to do repairs after 3 mos of trying to get the work done what a company don't do business with this company they just worry about getting money from you and then the **** with you

Reliable, thorough annual service plan. No pressure to apply recommended services/ maintenance but they give you a good explanation of pros/cons associated with either choice.

They did not show in time to replace air conditioning unit as promised. Then, the installation failed inspection twice. Very disappointed
