I was looking to replace my water heater and checked Home Depot installation services which uses ARS as the installer. Tommy from ARS did the consultation and reviewed options with me. He walked me through the process and arranged installation. Tommy and the crew were professional, friendly and thorough. Was pleased with the experience and service and recommend them.

i scheduled the time with them on 10/12/2020. i get a phone call on 5:40 pm which we will not be able to make it today, I said I wish you have told me earlier that way my wife wouldn't take 3 hours off her job to wait for you. they said we will be there at 8 tomorrow morning. i get a phone call from Thomas at 10:20 am which i will be there in 10 min. the first question he asked me was HOW MUCH MONEY ARE YOU PLANNING TO SPEND??? i said you are an expert not me, beside you need to tell me how much will it cost to install my wa... read more

Terrible service price gouging and predatory sales tactics on customers. I called to have a transformer replace for a doorbell . First technician showed up empty handed with no part . Said he just installed the last one in his truck (sure). Reschedule for Monday . Monday shows up and I get Richard (be careful with this guy). Shows up with the transformer not in the box . Attempts to install it but claims the part is defective . He then tells me the quoted price was wrong because I didn’t mention a Ring camera . So instead of... read more

They advertise 24-hour service, but it's just an answering service that takes a message. There's no way to actually get in touch with anyone if you have an emergency. I called three times with a plumbing emergency and didn't hear back from anyone -- it's been three days.

I contracted thru **** *****for a furnace tune up. The technician, Scott, arrived with a face mask worn below the nose. He was at my house for 20 minutes. He cleaned nothing on the furnace only did a couple electrical checks. He did not look at the filter, he did not clean the flame sensor, those are the 2 most common problems a furnace can have. Though arriving late, the Blue Dot tech Jeremy was quick, efficient, and thorough in checking our HVAC in preparation for winter. He opened and tested both the furnace and air pump and reassembled both when done. He wore booties inside the house and a surgical mask (done during COVID-19) throughout. He respected our property and gave us a sheet with all that he had done as part of our maintenance contract.
