Burton was very knowable and fast to resolve my issue
Brothers Heat/Air in Rock Hill, SC is the best. Same day service call when our NEST thermostat was not working. Chris came out and after seeing that very low power was getting to the thermostat he proceeded to check out our heat pump under the house. Turns out we had a clogged condensation drain which as a safety precaution turns off the system. After clearing the clog everything began to work as expected. Thanks again for the great service.

We had an electrical problem that was maddening. They sent a polite, thoughtful man who did an extensive search of our problem. He diagnosed it and fixed it. Beyond brilliant and wonderful! We were extremely happy with the result!!

We used ARS for many years. For the most part, we’ve been happy with their service. It really depends on the tech that comes out. We had two incidents of issues directly caused by ARS, but both times they made it right. I would recommend ARS.
I have had nothing but trouble with this company. The customer service is slow. They do not respond within 24 hours. I have made several calls and my air is still not repaired. 6 days without air!! They charge astronomical charges for labor and diagnostics. They never have the parts on their trucks and you must wait without any updates. My husband and I have called several times. No one has returned our calls within the 24 hour period, as stated. They installed my new Rheem system in July 2019. They have been out 6 times to ... read more
