I bought a Lennox A/C and heater unit from Will-Fix-It in March 2017. Recently, the compressor went out. The Will-Fix-Team bent over backwards to make sure Lennox stood by their product and the installation was done right. They have a very experienced technical staff that takes a lot of pride in their work. The Lennox A/C unit I bought is very high tech and was a little bit ahead of its time in 2017, but overall is super-efficient and cut my CPS bill in half. Will-Fix-It's A/C team made the repair experience painless for me.
The office employees were wonderful! They called to let me know that the technician, Kenny, would be arriving soon. Kenny introduced himself and was very professional. He wore a mask and shoe covering. He spent a lot of time with the furnace. I asked friends for a heating and cooling company recommendation and all said Columbus Worthington Air. I was NOT disappointed.
Excellent and reliable service. I am a satisfied customer for 24 years. The Technicians are knowledgeable and efficient as well as very professional in their communications. Brothers Air & Heat is timely with the scheduled appointments and very responsive with emergency calls. The health measures adopted for the pandemic are good.

Blake was extremely polite and honest. ARS is a deligent company that was honest and did Not charge us anything as the drain cleared up when they got here and the dispisal red switch had to be pushed in Will certainly use them and recommend ARS ********
