My name is Robert S****. We called ARS Rescue Rooter on Monday about our sewer backing up.they sent one of there techs out and he arrived on time. That was all he did right. After being unable to clear the drain pipe he said he needed to bring out a camera to look inside the pipe. After looking at the v Camera he said I needed to replace the pipe and the cost would be 3800.00;but they would deduct the 800.00 for the camera use. ARS was at my house within 2 hours after I called them. They called twice to keep me updated on arrival of the technician. He arrive, accessed the situation and provided a temporary fix to get me through the night
I have had a terrible experience with this company. I trusted them because they are the provider for Home Depot Home Services in the La Quinta, California area. I had a Ritetime air conditioner technician come out to a condo I own that is occupied by a tenant. I communicated with this company in advance of the appointment. From start to finish, the HVAC replacement was easy and professional beginning with the customer rep calling to make,then remind about, the appointment. The installation techs were punctual, knowledgeable,and very professional. I highly recommend this company.
Quick and on time. Very responsive. Tech was Courteous and explained the issue. Had the parts on hand to resolve the issue. Price for parts was pricy and above average. But over all great experience. Would request service again from them.
My experience with ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando has been a terrible one. Communication with them has been extremely difficult, their service is the worst I have experienced in my life and now I have concerns about being exposed to Covid-19 due to the carelessness of one of their technicians. An employee at Home Depot suggested I have ARS check out my AC systems. I agreed and was not disappointed. The gentleman was prompt, professional, and helpful. Besides checking out our AC systems, he located an minor gas leak which the gas company quickly came and fixed.
