Today we had our yearly Maintainence on our HVAC unit, Carl was very friendly, neat,professional & very thorough. When he was done servicing it our unit looked brand new!! When we bought our unit & have had our yearly Maintainence service no one has ever told us we should have a surge protector on it to protect it in case it gets hit by lightening. So it was very nice of Carl to inform us of this!!!!

ARS has been very honest in their dealings with me. They are very competent, thorough, and engaging. All of the employees/technicians that I have worked with over the past two years have been highly trained and have done quality work for me. I have had them install ductwork, a whole house water filtration system, and replace my anodized rod in my water heater and replace a failed expansion tank. Technician did a good job of going through the entire system. Checked for serviceability of all components. Cleaned and made repairs as necessary.

ARS Wilmington, NC were professional and practiced safe actions, i.e. masks, boots, gloves while in house. They completed removal and installation of heat pump system within 7 hour period. Workers were all very pleasant and were knowledgeable about their jobs. Sales and office staff very professional in all aspects. Cost was higher than other vendors, but worth the cost to have professional installers.

I purchased two expensive air conditioning units from Home Depot in 2019 for $15,000 One of the units motherboard went bad within 30 days of install by ARS took several of their "experience" technicians to come out to solve the problem.. only one tech was educated enough to know it was a bad mother board and ordered it replaced and actually solve the problem, in July -Aug 2020 I had a large water leak coming down my 20ft livingroom ceiling from a unit in my attic.. soon after their technician had worked had worked on it whi... read more

ARS kept me up to date on when their technician would arrive and the time was right on the money. Bryan did a thorough job inspecting our systems and explaining to us what issues could come up with them. He wasn't pushing us to buy anything but wanted to let us know that our aging systems were on the decline and would probably need repairs or replacement sooner than later.

If the rest of the company is anything like Darrell was I definitely will be recommending their services. I wanted to get an estimate to get a thankless hot water heater and have it installed. They had Darrell come that same morning and I was so impressed by him that I signed up right away. The best thing is they were able to accommodate my work schedule.

Our service man was early, did what he needed to do, which was install a compressor boost to help it in this ridiculous heat. We did not need Freon, which he shared with us. Friendly and professional.
