Awesome service. I felt like I was in a commercial with how great everything was explained and thorough explanations that were provided. And the explanations were simplified for people like me with no HVAC knowledge. I really appreciate the patience and attention to detail. On time, very nice and efficient. We just had one system put in by ARS and it's great. We like the new type of thermostat. The system checked today is also about to go kaput. It's 16 years old too. Told us the condition and offered several approaches. When it dies we will use ARS again!
I needed to clean out some drains in my house per the inspection after the sale of my house. I called ARS for an estimate so I would know how much I would be out. Blake came out and listened to what needed to be done and went and checked everything. He told me the estimate and said he could go ahead and fix It today. He explained everything to me and was very fair bc there were things that he said were working great and didn't need fixed. I will be his customer for life because he was fair and honest. I am very upset at their customer service and follow through. I have used them for 2 years now, they installed nest thermostats in my home and since that time, I still haven't gotten a back plate for my thermostat. Everytime someone shows up they tell me yes I have it on my order. Still no backplate. On top of that I had a new system installed in May and told them then about it, still no backplate. I also was supposed to get 2 dynamic filters and new lite for my lit system and nothing. I have called the salesman and their he... read more

I spoke to Stephanie in Charleston and she said there is a back order on the LED bulbs, but that a tech can come out between 3 and 6 today to install the dynamic filters and the back plate.
They would not change my parents water heater unless they changed all the pipes under the house. I realize that the gray pipe can go bad and it was a good idea to change it out. Then the quote was for $7500. That is outrageous and they take advantage of elderly people, luckily I found out and was able to have them go with another company that is doing more work for $3500 less. Shame on them!!!

10.12.2020. I do not recommend ARS and I will never use them again. First time and last time!!! The employer was "INSISTING" i needed a new HVAC System ~ $10,000.00 ~ with no stopping!!! More like harassing me!!! How many times do I have to say NO, Not Interested!!! I got a second opinion the very next day after I researched this time and I was informed by a reliable, trustworthy plumbing company that my system is fine and I do not need a new system. Today's furnace maintenance went great. The Technician, Miles, was very thorough and professional with a very friendly demeanor. He answered all my questions about the system and seemed very knowledgeable about his profession. I would recommend him to anyone.
