I had a $59. furnace tune up coupon and their technician found major problems with my furnace including a broken heat exchanger and other issues. I was shown photos on the techs cell phone of my broken this and broken that. The cost to repair was estimated at $5,500 with the understanding the furnace could no longer be used until these repairs were made based on safety to my home and family.
