The ARS service technician Robert explained what my charges would be up front and showed me step-by-step everything he was going to do. He also made suggestions as to how to keep my kitchen drains and other drains in the house from clogging. He took his time and was careful with our property as well as mindful of social distancing and mask wearing during Covid. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber or rooter company.

Nobody's perfect, and there were a few bumps in the road putting the disposal in my new kitchen sink. They say they will make things right, and they did.

I bought my townhome in 2013. The AC unit was installed when my townhome was built back in 2005 and was functioning well at the time. I believe it was either Rheem or American Standard. There was a sticker attached to my HVAC unit from Aspen, so naturally I engaged with them to service the unit. Between 2013 and early 2016 my HVAC unit was working phenomenally and I had virtually no issues with it. ARS is a total scam company they came out and told me my coil what is leaking and I needed a whole new system! I called in another company and the man took a picture of where my insulation dislodged and was stuck in the return air system in the attic he fix that so that it wouldn?t come up again in the air conditioner works great. ARS wanted to sell me a unit for 10,500 and when I said I couldn?t pay that they said OK 6500. Good follow up to my initial inquiry for service. Fast appointment setup. Estimate was steeper than anticipated but the explanation satisfied me. Service work begins in 2 days so we'll know more at that time.

They called me to give me updates on status of technician and he was professional in his work. Only thing is that it would have been great if he had cleaned up the debris that fell from the attic when he went up there.
