ARS was fabulous! Larry came out first to check what was needed and Ken came afterwards to snake out the drain which was full of roots! Ken was very friendly, fast & professional! I will absolutely use them again & refer them!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY: ARS installed a new high tech air unit in Dec 2015 and we have had nothing but problems. The problems started when it took 13 plus hours to install and 2 weeks later issues started happening. we have spent $13,598.60 and had 34 visits from service techs from Dec 2015- October 2020 and its ridiculous. We have elderly parents in the home and cant be without air and during the month of June 2020 had to move because we didnt have air for several days. My technician Cass was extremely professional and considerate. He did a great job explaining the service and charge to me and resolved the issues we were having with our drain. He was very polite and I?d be happy to have him work at my home again. The company did a great job of keeping me informed about arrival of technician.
Terrible. Horrible. Awful. I scheduled a "Furnace tune up" 4 weeks ago and was given a 12-5pm slot on a Saturday. I received 3 phone calls to confirm my appointment. At 4:46pm on that Saturday I tried to reach the office to "confirm" that they would be honoring the appointment . While on hold, the service tech called me on another line; stated that he was calling to confirm my appointment (with 14 minutes left in my 5 hour block!?), indicated that he was at least 45 minutes out, asked if I like to re-schedule, "we can try to... read more
The service is 100% satisfied.
There's never a good time for kitchen sink to clog up, especially over a weekend. However, I called for help Saturday morning and Cass came to my rescue that afternoon. He was great, explained what could have happened, and was able to snake the clog away! I highly recommend ARS and ask for Cass as he is terrific!
Wore mask, very polite and professional! Next time I need a plumber they will be my first and only call.
