Reggie did an excellent job. He was prompt, careful with mask and booties. He explained everything he was doing and efficiently integrated a non-functioning humidifier into the heating system, explaining what I needed to do to keep it working. I hope he is the technician for the next semi -annual checkup.

Tom and Sam installed my tankless water heater and filtration system. They communicated well and did a great job. Anytime I had questions they were willing to take time to explain and they walked me through the entire process at the beginning and the end of the job. We are really happy with the results!

During our recent visit from Aksarben, I honestly think we received the most competent, thorough and professional service possible. Our Tech. was professional, polite, took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and was very mindful of current Covid PPE requirements. We couldn't be more pleased!

We had them out to unclog a kitchen sink drain. They had done the same work 9 years ago for $117. This time they charged $350 for one hours worth of work. Three times the original price far exceeds the cost of living index. I have called several times to complain but have not had any success in talking to the Quality Control person who will not return messages.

She did not return my phone calls until after i had contacted the General Manager. We came to a settlement she offered. I thought it should have been larger but was not in the mood to argue with her further at that point. So that is my problem not hers.
