Zack was very professional, courteous, neat and timely to install a humidifier. He arrived at noon for a time-frame appointment of 12-5; loved that! We will definitively recommend Andy?s Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning.
Very prompt and courteous. ARS fit us in very quickly during a city wide natural disaster. Our plumber found the broken pipe with minimal damage and cleaned up nicely after he was done.
The technician was very knowledgeable about the carrier heat pump. He worked to find the problem and made sure I understood what was going on with my heat. He was very professional . He make sure his shoes were covered when entering my home. He also followed the COVID 19 protocol.

Tyler of ARS conducted the annual inspection of our heating and air conditioning system. He was very friendly and efficient with a good sense of humor. He verified that the system was in great shape and working properly. He appropriately pointed out our need to watch for leaves creating air flow problems with the outside components.
