The plumber was very knowledgeable with lots of experience and gave us tips, cleaned everything up, and was very professional.
Great service and technician explained everything in detail and was courteous.
I am sorry to say that installation And service support are mediocre at best! (since we paid more to ARS company then paid for the water tank itself!) Even right now we have a small gas leak that can be smelled coming from around the pilot. We have called ARS few times on 02/23/2021 and informed them of the problem, but no response yet! I understand we had a freeze recently, but this is a priority incident and ARS is falling behind.

I've been using Columbus Worthington Air for 20+ years for heating and cooling needs. They do excellent work, they use good products, and every technician who has ever been in my house is polite, friendly, explains things clearly, and when appropriate makes recommendations about other services or products that could benefit my home. They also are honest about what you don't need. They're not pushy, they just offer information. An honest company that does great work. I highly recommend!
