installed tankless water heater and it still smells like gas since the beginning, they want to charge to fix their shoddy job, my bad for trusting theym, thought since they did a good job installing new HVAC they would do the same all around, like plumbing (water heater). the smell of gas has been since the very beginning, a couple of days after installation, they say there is nothing wrong, but the smell is very strong some times more than others, drilled a hole on the roof, after several attempts to get that fixed, finally... read more

Charged 300 dollars to replace a circuit breaker. I had no choice as we were out of power due to winter storm.

I had to enter some kind of score because it's required so I put in a 1. I had my entire HVAC replaced including ductwork I have a split system unit so there was a unit on the outside and a unit on the inside of the house and again all the duck work. Didn't get scheduled correctly, not holding ARS accountable for that but **********, then didn't have the right tools, but made it right the following day. Would recommend, but schedule yourself!

I was very pleased with their professional way of handling the project at my condo. Jeremy was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend ARS when you need plumbing needs. Or whatever else their business offers.
