I contacted ARS Monday here in SW Houston. Cass Vasquez (Drain Specialist), Chris Breazell (Drain Specialist) & Brian Jinkins (Plumbing Service Manager) arrived at my Home and conducted a thorough evaluation. In Line Cameras were utilized by Chris to assist with the recommendation. Cass corrected the problem and the Plumbing is back online though other problems are yet to be repaired awaiting Insurance support.
