I?ve used McCarthy for an HVAC and water heater replacements. I moved over to them after I found my former long-time go-to hvac company went from family owned (read: honest and reasonable) to sold and corporate (read: overpriced and focused only on the bottom line). McCarthy was accommodating, quick, friendly and well priced.
The service techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for several years and have always had good experiences.
Excellent service today for a/c servicing. The time and attention from Steve Jenkins, the technician, was very appreciated.
