I've had the annual maintenance contract since my unit was installed by Blue Dot in 2017 and they have always been right on top of the maintenance and any problems. Their Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. The Technician who checked my unit today was outstanding.

My air conditioning system got its tune up today and went smoothly. I was also given information on air purifiers. Aksarben has always done an excellent job, wether with my air conditioner, heating or plumbing. They're dependable and professional.
I have used AJ Perri for many years to service/install AC and furnace. They also serviced my whole house stand by generator. I was always very pleased with the company and the quality of the work they did. However, things seemed to go wrong in 2020. In 2020 my ?middle aged? Rheem furnace stopped working. Great service with knowledgeable, professional technician. Tech was on time, explained the problem and cost to repair, and completed the work in a timely manner. Good experience.
The company was able to send the plumbers out within an hour of my initial call, they were able to snake and send a camera down my drain and take care of the clog and get water flowing again. Very impressed!!
