AllGood was very efficient in getting two HVAC techs out to look at our furnace. They took detailed pictures so they could show me what was wrong on the unit and informative about repair options vs. full replacement options. After determining I really needed a new unit, they sent out a comfort specialist to quote my package and get things moving. This is where I ran into my only issues. Will Fix It came to my home to restore water following broken pipes during the recent winter storm. The gentleman was professional, on time, and worked diligently to resolve the issue. I appreciate that the issue was explained thoroughly to me, and I was offered a fair price for the job considering the major and unexpected repairs required to restore my water connection.
