Steve came out to do repairs on our A/C system that was needed because the previous owners did not properly maintain it. He was very thorough. Steve even checked out our water heater, which is making a funny noise, even though he was out here just for the A/C! Steve is a friendly guy, very thorough and hardworking!
Excellent, professional no pressure sales experience with Jon. He listened to my needs, examined the property for its needs and within an hour we had finished the paperwork for the new HVAC system I needed. So nice to work with a company that works hard to earn a great reputation and is most interested in keeping it through great consumer service.

Great service on the furnace today! Our ARS tech, Ashley, checked every piece of equipment with a detailed, experienced look including taking measurements and reporting on status and suggested next steps. He also provided info on suggested improvements and add-ons that are relevant to this location. Great personality, too. Very professional. Great job ARS.

I called AJ Perri for non emergency furnace maintenance and to do 3 basic fixes. After quoting outlandish costs they suggested the best alternative would be to have quotes on new furnaces install. My $98 service call was essentially just the set up to sell me on a new system. After reading many similar BBB reviews, my guess is this is their Standard M.O for pressuring homeowners into buying new systems. Our technician, Al, was very courteous and efficient and most importantly now, very COVID-19 aware. He was masked up at all times while in our house as well with shoe coverings. He was very efficient after listening to my initial comments and in the wrap up at the end when explaining his final recommendations.

2/2/21 - This morning I had a furnace tune-up on my Carrier Furnace. ARS sent a technician named Aaron M. to do the job. He arrived on time & with his mask on which I appreciated! Aaron serviced & cleaned my furnace without any problems. He was very professional & pleasant. I would definitely recommend ARS if you need any heating or cooling services. Thank You Aaron.
