Bryan was great! Very knowledgeable, on time, and efficient.
I've used them for over 10 years and before now have never had any issues. I recently had them out to do an inspection of my HVAC system prior to the sale of my home. I had the semi annual inspection done in October and the technician found everything in excellent condition. At that time the only recommendation was to have a UV light installed to prevent allergens which I declined then and about 10 times before. Needed an emergency appointment for my aging parent who was without heat. Service was scheduled quickly and the repair completed within 1 hour. Technical Brian advised me that the furnace should be replaced soon. He was able to schedule the replacement appointment for the next day at an affordable price.
My Blue Dot tech, Reggie, was awesome. He arrived, showed me what he was doing to test out my furnace indoors and outdoors. Up front with how it should work. I very much appreciated him wearing the booties and mask in my residence.

Will Fix It was able to send someone out the same day we called, which was such a relief. They had great communication and set expectations. Our technicians wore masks and were very friendly.
