It has been over a year now and all good is not standing up to their 100% customer satisfaction mangers will not honor the agreement or even give you a call back this company is a a poor excuse for a HVAC company to say it nicely I will be filing against the state licensing board and contact a attorney Have given them many chances to fix the problem

Technician Michael Ford arrived promptly to perform scheduled furnace maintenance. Very personable. Performed a very professional analysis of heating system and promptly made the necessary adjustments to insure furnace continued to operate efficiently.
Our furnace blower died and we had two technicians on two separate days change the filter and install a new blower. Kenny and Brenton did very professional and friendly work for us. Thank you to both gentlemen!

In response to the review published by BBB, ARS Rescue Rooters has sent the same technician back to my home to re-attach the shower handle. However, he was belligerent and took no personal responsibility for worsening the shower leak, having now turned it from an intermittent occurrence into a steadily flowing stream. The company refunded me the $59 "diagnostic" fee swiftly. Bob came out to the house within a few hours of our call. He was very knowledgeable and had no trouble diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly and efficiently without breaking the bank, something Roto Rooter was unable to do. I would highly recommend ARS.
I am very impressed with Worthington Air. We had a furnace and air conditioner system installed. Any and all issues were promptly addressed. We have a heating and cooling system that works very well and have the confidence that if we have an issue in the future Worthington Air will resolve that issue. They truly provide excellent customer service.
