ARS is one of the most reliable vendors for North Durham. They might be a little expensive! But they get work done and never had an issue! I would give them 5 stars.

My furnace tune-up with ARS was great as usual. The technician Steve was polite, timely, professional, very knowledgable. He did a thorough inspection of my furnace and explained the results expertly. I have used ARS for years and have never been disappointed. This year was no exception. Even with the pandemic all precautions were taken and I felt safe in my own home. I would definitely recommend this company for heating related services.

Carlos came in, he was timely, efficient, professional. He thouroughly inspected the unit. He gave us options of what we can do in the future but did not pressure us to purchase the upgrades. He was patient to explain to me what the problem was, for me who doesnt know anything how HVAC works, i had a lot of questions and he was so helpful to explain to me. Excellent experience.
Nathan, the tech who came out to do the maintenance, was fabulous. Highly recommend the service ARS provides.
