Worst company ever. I was approached by a Home Depot employee who talked about an HVAC special they were promoting with ARS rescue rooter. The technician showed up, told me my igniter was out, and said I had an oil leak. (My furnace does not run on oil, its electric). He quoted the repairs at roughly $800.00. He said based on the age of the furnace, I am better off purchasing a brand new one. Derek did such a neat and awesome job! We need a new faucet installed next and hope that Derek can do it. We are new to ARS, but so far find them to be an incredible company! All of their employees are very polite, neat, and do a thorough job.
Kenny did a great job. Very friendly and efficient. He even turned the lights out before he left.
