Terrible, I agree with 9/2020 review! A.J. Perri had told me that to clean my drain would cost $99, satisfaction guaranteed posted online. The technician came in and right off the bat he said oh no this is $279, he said $99 is for outside only not in house. He said for that price he will throw in to have another technician come and use a camera to show me status after the clean up. Sounded great, but not so. He did a quick 10 minute job to clean up the clog and left...30 minutes later the Camera tech comes and uses camera. H... read more

I found a leak in my hot water heater expansion tank. I phone in about 9:15 and set up an appoint time from 11 to 1. They arrived before noon. After inspecting where the leak came from and my old invoice to see if this was covered under my warranty. Nathan M***** was very helpful and explaining about hard water and ways to cure the problem.
