Mr. Matthew Brod is an exceptionally patient employee and as such he persevered to arrange all the parts and installers needed to get this work done. He did an extraordinary job in spite of setbacks through no fault of his. He helped arrange credit for me thru Home Depot so that we could get this job done and the water heater purchased and installed. Did a good job Cleaned up well Quick response. Too much paperwork though. It took longer to do paperwork than to unclog my drain.

They were just great overall. I called in the morning and had two people to work on two different things and they finished before lunch was over. The technicians were extremely professional and explained everything to me. The plumber even showed me where my shut off valve was in case I ever had an emergency.
