After being incorporated with ars.com the company is going downhill. Do not expect ANY service or contact. They don't have an email address and when you call you are coming to a call center where they are just forwarding you to some other department. They never call back or give you updates.

This company came an installed a AC unit at my house 2 years ago but never got the permit they were required to from the city where I live. Now I am getting a notice of violation from the city. I called them 4 times in the last week to tell them that they have to go get the permit they applied for but never picked up and paid for. No one has returned my calls yet. I have to correct the violation they are responsible for in the next 9 days and they are not responding.

If you have a complaint or issue with ARS, take your complaint to the State Board of Plumbing with your state. It is a simple form that can be downloaded and easily typed. Otherwise, these guys will continue to provide inflated invoices.

Have a a/c maintenance plan and get it serviced by ARS. Today?s technician was very professional, and provided me with excellent customer service. Recommendations provided were thoroughly explained. Allie Ajami was excellent!

The technician was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the AC tuneup process and his findings. I was luck he diagnosed the issue with my AC so that I could address it with my home builder/ warranty. He also gave good advice on my options and additional available services. I definitely recommend their services.

I had an exterior leaking water faucet and partial water line repaired for $781 for less than 30 minutes of work on 12/15/2020, which is warranted for one year. It began leaking again less than 2 months later. I left messages for someone to come out to fix again. Had not heard anything, and then freezing weather moved in and caused 5 water lines in my house to burst. Call ARS to add this to service call.
