Our water heater died on a Saturday afternoon. Called Home Depot Sunday morning and with an hour ARS sent out an estimator. Three hours later a tech came and installed our water heater. His name was Dago and he was very polite and answered all our questions. He told me to pull up a chair if I wanted to watch the install. I was very impressed with his work ethic and the fact he did the job by himself. The Technician, Kevin was great however the sales crew that came out I have to question. Eric came out on 4/13 to provide an estimate for replacing the HVAC and hot water heater for a condo that is 1200 sq. ft. I must say the numbers he quoted my Dad and I took me/us by surprise. Eric went from 11K to a final 8500. Still I thought that was extremely high but HVAC and plumbing is not my area of expertise.
