Our AC stop working on Saturday and called another company and they couldn?t come to our home till Tuesday afternoon. On Monday morning unable to deal with the heat, called ARS and was able to get same appointment. Karl arrived and within minutes diagnosed the problem and got our AC up and running. Karl was very helpful and provide us multiple options. Thank you ARS and Karl, we are very appreciative! We will be using ARS again!!
Being a member of ARS's Homeowner Plan or whatever they call it is a prudent investment in your home. Regular maintenance checks without high pressure sales.
Technician, Michael, very professional, clear concise communicator, respectful of my home; couldn't even tell a service person entered the premises. Thorough explanations of technical matters concerning HVAC. Will request this company & service technician next time.
While I usually would write a five star review the service level at ARS has declined as of late. Still pretty good overall. Each time the customer service reps are pleasant however not sure notes that are taken are reviewed as accurately as they should be I would like to give five stars to the recent technician Jonathan who showed up on time, was professional, and communicated well. I called about getting my sinks unclogged and was told the plumber would be arriving between 2:30pm to 6:30pm. I received a call at 5:06pm and was informed that they would not be able to come out today because they didn't have a plumber. I told him that was unacceptable that I had been waiting all day for them and questioned why they waited to call and hour and half away from them arriving to let me know they didn't have a plumber.
