Technicians are awesome, customer service and their supervisors are absolutely no help. Many hours on the phone for appointments and yearly filter replacement took way too long. Corporate resolution was sending expired gift cards for a unit thats 2 years old and has a 10 year warranty. Will never recommend this company

I would definitely hire this company in the future for all my AC/Heating needs. This was a great experience from this company. Not only will I use ARS, but I will refer them to my friends and family.

Ali was the BEST most professional technician I have ever met! So educated, patient and worked efficiently to get the job done! He walked me through everything he was doing and just spoke so highly about how much he loved his job. You can truly tell he loves what he does and cares for his customers. Had a problem with our new a/c system. Call ARS at about 4pm today and they sent Steve England out tonight. He had our problem fixed and up and running promptly. Hope Steve is available if we need service again. ARS called us several times to update the time frame on his arrival. That is appreciated.
