The worst contractor ever! We ordered a very expensive HVAC system from this company, as I am deathly allergic to mold, and needed a system to control humidity- now our second floor is an oven & first floor is a freezer. They kept claiming they will fix it? but never showed up. After about 5 meetings with their supervisors, who promised to fix the issues, all we git was one delay after another, in the end, they denied that they ever took your money, or agreed to what was clearly stated on the contract. ARS ripped me off for installing a clean out and hydro jet it for $4000. Their plumber specialist claimed that there is no clean out for the bathroom toilet which is not true after I got a consultation later. I was also told that the cost should not be more than $1500. I feel that I have not only been gouged but been lied to.
