In February ARS STARTED the installation of our Air Conditioner and Duct work at our home. We were told that the air vents would be installed through the house. Once the work started we were told that the vents could not be installed in 2 places because they "could not get under the house". This should have been checked prior to the install. We recently had a new water heater installed. Not only was it done well and quickly but they also were willing to negotiate the price, as money is tight these days. We were going to go somewhere else but ultimately Will Fix It provided us with a much better deal and our hot water is working great!
Yesterday our 14 month old AC unit, installed by ARS quit working. We called for an appt for service and had a Tech look at it and he told us that the compressor was shot. We were given an outrageous quote to replace the compressor (even with the discounts offered I believe it was over 3,000). Nothing was left with us in writing so I will only say with certainty that the freon was quoted at 123.00 a lb times 9 lbs.
