My a/c went out during last week and the temps soared to the mid 90's, I called Blue Dot a/c heating in forest hill md and the told me that they would come out the next day, between 2-4. They called after 5 pm and told me that the tech was running late, ok at least he would be out today. They never showed up or even bothered to call me and tell me they weren't coming out, I called several(5) times trying to get a time of arrival out of them. I see that Blue dot wants to help now, but I am very hesitant to let them in my house again, Because my a/c is fixed and from what I have seen from there practices anything could happen to my heating and a/c unit. They just tried to charge me around 5 grand for a furnace, when it was just the thermoset needed replacing. If this was your unit, would you trust this company to do the right thing? I have heard from others that they have had major problems with bluet dot heating A/C , there are several lawsuits out there for the ... read more

I feel like I was over charged and gouged for service to unclogged a drain. I was even charged more than what agreed to pay. Avoid using them.

ARS Rescue Rooter installed mini-split HVAC air conditioner units in my house 10 years ago. Each summer when I start the unit, I have an issue with fuses blowing and wonder if there an electrical issue causing this. A week ago I had the same issue and was given an appointment on 6/12/21 - a 4 hour window. I called the night before to make sure I was on the schedule and was told that my appointment was on Sunday and not Saturday. Again - I was given a 4 hour window. Technician had difficulties in following instructions. Did not provide feedback regarding the results of the a/c service. Left empty boxes and debris behind. Spent most of time trying to push unwanted product.

After our recent replacement of our sewer system by ARS (Webster, Tx) I want to warn others of the lies and deception by several of ARS Supervisors. First off I was told by the man who sold us the job (Tony) told us that they were going to dig 20' under my home and raise the level of the pipe that had a "belly' problem and that it would take 7 days from start to finish. My entire sewer system piping was replaced and it took twice that long and that includes numerous calls to ARS Customer Care and Supervision. I was told that... read more

ARS Raleigh. Scam, Scam, Scam. They have one mission and that is to oversell and make replacements you do not need.. I had one small problem with one of my units. My unit needed a new fan. Instead they preached gloom and doom. They told me how my unit was shot and I needed about a $7,000.00 unit. I found that hard to believe. I called a reputable local company. They came out and said " this unit was in great shape and all it needed was a $400 fan (installed). This unit is running like a bear and has been for my second summer... read more

Sokol was very polite and helpful. Being in a condo there was some running around he had to do. All was excellent and I would be happy if he returned for future service.
