During the height of the pandemic I called A.J.Perri for a quote on a furnace .It was a very cold day, in October when the heat failed ,and although I had heard very negative experiences from friends and family I called them because of their years in the business. Many small companies were going out of business and I didn?t get too many others willing to come out and give a quote or even return a phone call. Un experience installers not so honest salesman .my system is paid in full before they start the job & I had to sign( the Home Depot) installation satisfaction by salesman before the job started . According to quality control supervisor the bedroom temperature is still about 82 degrees and system never catches up with thermostat .
Jenny is the best contact at your company She is the only one that returned my call promptly and gave me the answers needed. Everyone else did not care about my concerns. Jenny is great she is the only one that represents your company with quality care & concern. She is the very best customer care rep I've spoken to. I gave her the 5 stars if I had to give your other reps stars it would be just one if that.

My experience today was very good. The service agent was professional and helpful. Highly recommend him. However, ARS promotes themselves as 24 hour service, but we?ve never been able to get service after 6pm. Good company if they can do service in the daytime.
i had a leaky outside spigot. When the plumber arrived, he told me that the whole set up - pipes, and everything would have to be replaced, and at a minimum it would cost me over $400. Not knowing anything about plumbing i believed him. He came inside to get to my basement, he saw my dog, (kenneled) and got so nervous he said he would fix it outside. Turns out that i only needed a new O ring. If i had a small dog, i would have been charged for work that was not necessary. In the end, i still had to pay $200 for an O ring and... read more

I have a terrible complaint ars rescue rooters of raleigh got a whole new unit of March 30,2021 so Saturday my Ac started leaking water mind you they sent someone out yesterday to fix the problem woke up this morning the same problem is there they told me yesterday they fixed the problem only to get me through the night . They told me that they will send someone else out today so stay home all day .
