I purchased a brand new, $20,000 unit from this company and have had non-stop breakdowns. We even pay for the yearly maintenance only to still have our unit break quarterly. We purchased a unit from a local company for our basement and have had 0 issues. 5.25.2021 I had to have a technician come out and even though we are on the maintenance program he said that we needed extra work done and paid $1,500.00 so he said everything is in perfect condtion. 5.27.2021 the unit stopped working again and when I called they said to hav... read more

We had a toilet purchased at Home Depot installed by ARS. Courteous and professional ARS personnel removed the old toilet without damage to the flange and installed the new one. Looks great and works well with no leaks.
