I purchased a brand new, $20,000 unit from this company and have had non-stop breakdowns. We even pay for the yearly maintenance only to still have our unit break quarterly. We had a toilet purchased at Home Depot installed by ARS. Courteous and professional ARS personnel removed the old toilet without damage to the flange and installed the new one. Looks great and works well with no leaks.

The tech, Bernie was affable and to the point about my HVAC issue.
