We called Unique to get a second opinion on a problem we had with our Carrier a/c. Another company told us the motor module or motor itself was bad and needed to be replaced. Chris was the service tech from Unique who came to our house at 10pm and quickly diagnosed our problem as a bad circuit board. Nothing to do with the motor or motor module. Had we followed the advice of the other company, we would have replaced a good-working motor unnecessarily, and still that would not have fixed our problem which was in the circuit b... read more

Everything was great with the service they provided. Our air was not cooling in all of our rooms and they fixed it. The guy was very nice and explained what he was doing throughout the process.

I love the attention to detail this company provides. Melvin took his time to explain the root cause of my problem with my shower backing up. This whole time I had been using store bought chemicals to try and unclog my drain. Come to find out Melvin said it was due to calcium buildup from hard water. Thank you Melvin for taking the time out and providing exceptional service. I will be using Wellfixit again.

ARS came out for a broken gas line, $10,000 later, they over billed us and it took days and days to get it fixed. Then the new line they installed was done incorrectly and they had to send 2 different teams out to fix it, and it still was never done right. They destroyed our yard and only fixed it after numerous calls. It's now 4 months later and we discover the line they put in is already messed up. The first technician couldn't help. Ali came today and tuned up our 2 unots. He was the nicest and most helpful tech that I have ever met. He explained what needed to went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work and that everything was done correctly. I can't say enough nice things about Ali.

On May 11, 2021 ARS serviced my air conditioner as prescribed under their annual contract, which I have had with them for the past 5 years. About a week later my air conditioner did not function properly, downstairs would not go past 66degrees and upstairs was at 74. I called ARS and reported the problem. Was told that they would come out Monday did not come said they had problems with their board would be here Wednesday no show. I called ARS 6/6/2021 and reported this. Both Arturo, the electrician and Cassidy, the AC tech were very friendly and professional in taking care of their respective responsibilities. They both explained what they were going to do and reviewed the results with me. They both were exemplary and I have often referred my neighbors to use ARS for their AC needs, plumbing needs and electrical needs. Great company.
