DO NOT buy a maintenance plan from this company. This spring, I made 5 appointments for the semi-annual inspection of my home HVAC system as part of my Home Service Plan. Once the technician called over an hour after the appointment window closed (April 5, 2021). A second time (April 24, 2021) the technician called and said he was surprised that he just got an order to do the inspection at my house as he was involved in a "no heat" situation and was not sure when he could arrive. The technician was friendly and he fixed the issue with our a/c, but the best part was the call center customer service from Gloria. She was personable, professional when I scheduled the appointment and when she called me back after the visit to clarify some information, she made it easy. Did I mention she has a wonderful voice and just the right amount of humor. Go Gloria. Thanks!
Overall, we have had and are still having a very frustrating and unpleasant experience with ARS. When our new heating and cooling until was installed, some damage was done to our home. This was mostly unavoidable on their part. They said they would send someone out to make repairs right away. We waited a week and never heard from anyone. Meanwhile, we had this huge hole in our ceiling where cool air was escaping and allowed hot air into our home. Very timely response and installation of HVAC system, couldn't be happier.
The technician was courteous, thorough, and professional. He answered all our questions, offered to do additional service to address our concerns, and explained the reasons some noises can occur when the AC is working hardest on high temperature days. He made it clear that keeping us happy was his main goal. We appreciate his wearing a mask.??

Had ARS come out for a second opinion and so glad I did - instead of paying for an entire new system, the tech was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes. Knowledgeable, timely, and professional.
