The process went quickly and smoothly and I was able to receive an estimate regarding the issues I had with my A/C.
On July 15, 2021 ARS came by our home to do a maintenance check on our HVAC system. At this time nothing was wrong with our system, it was working perfectly! However, when the technician left we did not know that our system was not working. My husband and I discovered that later that evening due to the fact our thermostat began climbing in temperatures. The lack of professionalism we have received from Beutler is overwhelming. We were given a quote and agreed on a unit and installation of a new ac unit. When the day of installation came and no one showed up I reached out to learn they didn't have the unit we agreed on in stock... and no one bothered to call and tell us. Very professional most important great customer service. During this COVID-19 we have had the worst customer service experiences. I had concerns about my plumbing being fix correctly. I asked for added things done to make sure that was the right solution. They followed through the next day and the plumbing was fixed. I was impressed that Brian the tech listened to my concerns. Their response time was awesome. Happy customer
They overcharge and ignore your phone calls, or refuse to call you back as they state they will.
Prompt friendly service. Knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Very reasonable prices.
